What happens after you reach out
- We call you back. Matt reaches out within one business day to learn about your project and set up a time to visit.
- We walk your home. We look at the space, the structure, and anything behind the walls we can see, and listen to how you want to use it.
- You get a written scope. A documented, line-item scope and estimate, so you know exactly what is included before anything starts.
What to have ready for your walkthrough
- Photos of homes, kitchens, or rooms you like
- A rough budget range, even if it is wide
- Your ideal timeline
- Insurance claim details, if the work is storm or water related
You do not need drawings or a finished plan to get started. Figuring that out together is part of the process.

Do you charge for consultations?
No. The first walkthrough and conversation about your project are free.

What kinds of projects do you take on?
Kitchen and bathroom remodels, whole-home renovations and additions, lake home renovations, porches, decks, and pavilions, and storm and water damage repair.
Do you do emergency water extraction?
No. If water is still in your home, call a water mitigation company first. Once the water is out, we handle the repair and rebuild and work with your insurance company.
Can I get a rough price before a walkthrough?
Yes. Our online estimate tool gives you an investment range from a few photos. Your final price comes from the written scope after the walkthrough.
