Matt Miller spent years in professional kitchens where the standard was simple: do it right or do it again. That same standard became the foundation of White Buffalo Restoration, the Gallatin-based general contractor he founded to bring a different level of craft and accountability to home renovation in Gallatin, Hendersonville, and across Sumner County.
A chef understands materials, texture, and how a space feels to live in. He understands timing, team coordination, and the difference between a detail that is close enough and one that is actually right. Those instincts do not go away when you trade a kitchen for a job site.
