These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of whitebuffalorestoration.com (the “Site”), operated by White Buffalo Restoration LLC (“White Buffalo Restoration,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Our services
White Buffalo Restoration is a licensed Tennessee general contractor (License #79764) providing home remodeling, renovation, and storm and water damage repair services in Sumner County and surrounding areas. Information on the Site describes our services in general terms and may change without notice.
Estimates are not contracts
Prices, price ranges, timelines, and online estimates shown on the Site, including estimates generated by our Get a Quote tool, are general information only. They are not offers, bids, or guarantees. Actual pricing and timelines depend on an on-site walkthrough, final scope, selections, permits, site conditions, and material availability.
No contract for work is formed by using the Site, submitting a request, or receiving an online estimate. Any work we perform is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by you and White Buffalo Restoration. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Insurance work
We can document damage and provide a written repair scope for you to share with your insurance company. Coverage decisions are made by your insurer. We do not act as your public adjuster and do not guarantee that any claim will be approved or paid.
Text messages
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from White Buffalo Restoration, you consent to receive texts about appointments, estimates, project updates, and scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. Photos and information you submit
When you submit photos or project details through the Site, you confirm you have the right to share them. You give us permission to use them to prepare estimates, plan your project, and communicate with you. We will not publish photos of your home without your permission.
Our content
The text, photos, logos, and design of the Site belong to White Buffalo Restoration or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Project photos show work completed by White Buffalo Restoration and our trade partners.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting to interfere with the Site or its security, or using automated tools to collect content from it.
Third-party links
The Site may link to websites we do not control, such as review platforms and social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
