When you request an estimate, book a consultation, or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, project address or town, details about your project, insurance claim information you choose to share, and photos of your home or the area you want renovated or repaired.

Photos and online estimates
If you upload photos through our Get a Quote tool, we use them to prepare an approximate investment range for your project. To generate that range, your photos and project details are processed by an artificial intelligence service provider acting on our behalf. We use these photos only to prepare your estimate and plan your project. We do not sell them, and we will not publish photos of your home without your permission.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about appointments, estimates, project updates, and scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information sharing described in this policy, except with the service providers who deliver our messages.
